Terms of service

Service
Prismma provides an API relay service that forwards requests to third-party AI model providers. We are not the model provider; your requests are subject to each provider's terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use Prismma to generate illegal content, conduct harmful activities, circumvent provider usage policies, or resell access without a written agreement.
Billing
Usage is billed per token at published rates. Prepaid credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with outstanding balances.
Liability
Prismma is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for model output accuracy, provider outages, or indirect damages. Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 3 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
